RETURNS

We understand sometimes items need to be returned

All products and packaging must be in their original state.  Corsets that are made to measure can not be returned unless there is a quality fault.  Please e-mail us to discuss this.

E-mail us to notify of your return an send your return to the address we provide within 14 days of receipt. Please use a recorded delivery method & keep proof of posting.  We are not responsible for orders lost in transit.  We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy. No returns accepted on SALE items.

We are unable to cover the cost of return postage, so please choose carefully.

** For Valentines & Christmas special extended returns periods will be advertised.

 

Returns checklist

  • Valid returns form
  • Proof of purchase
  • All garments in original packaging with all labels attached
  • Garments in mint condition
  • Return must be sent via Recorded Delivery method

GIFT CARDS can not be returned for a cash refund.

EXCHANGES if we have the size and colour you desire a direct exchange will be made.  If the item is out of stock a full refund will be given.

REFUNDS should be visible in your account two weeks after we receive your return.  We will send you a confirmation e-mail that your refund has been processed to the original account.  Refunds can not be given to a third party.
